The archive will become public on March 2017, with a multitude of photographs, documents and videos which have never been seen publicly.
Some come from private collections, some from museums, but all are an important memorial to a troubled past.
In the archive you will be able to navigate a map of important locations in Tromsø, including homes, shops and monuments. Through the archive galleries you can learn the intimate histories of the Jewish families that lived in Tromsø 1910 – 1945.
We will continue to update the archive and hope that in the future we can use media and continued funding to create a virtual reality experience inside the map of Tromsø.
