Through our research we have uncovered important new and exciting information about the Jewish and non-Jewish communities, people who were alive at the time and are interested in sharing their stories, pictures and more. We are still very interested in information, large and small, everything of interest. We will do our best to utilize the this information or material in future work on the project and updated in the site and archive.
We are also interested in general information about World War II, and especially any images or movies from Tromsø during those years. These are especially rare, since the regime during WWII imposed a photo ban.
